Refunds and return policies:

Please read carefully the following information.

  1. Damaged or poorly sealed bag.
  2. Unpleasant odor or unsatisfactory appearance.
    (If the customer receives a defective product, they will be issued a credit for their next purchase. Cash refunds are not provided).
  3. If the product does not meet expectations, credit will be given.
  4. The customer must provide evidence of the product's defect, such as photos, to support the claim.
  5. Incorrect delivery:
    - A credit will be provided.
    - The cost of the order will be honored.
    - An exchange will be made for the correct product.
    Note: All product issues must be reported within or before five days. Failure to do so will invalidate the claim).
  6. Shipping:
    - Delivery time for all products is estimated to be between 4 to 7 days. The duration is subject to the postal service's policies. 
    - If the delivery takes longer than the specified time, please contact Café 58 Degrees, and we will gladly assist you.
    - The shipping cost depends on the destination.
